  • Any free social media audit, strategy consultation, or initial advice provided via the Site, email, DM, or form is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

  • No free service creates a client-agency relationship or guarantees results. Formal engagement requires a separate written agreement (e.g., Service Agreement or Statement of Work).

  • We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any free advice.

4. Client Services and Agreements

  • All social media marketing, management, advertising, content creation, or other paid services are governed by a separate written contract between you (the Client) and Nova Terra Digital.

  • Such contracts will specify: scope of work, deliverables, timelines, fees/payment terms, ownership of work product (e.g., content/graphics), termination rights, confidentiality, and liability limitations.

  • These Terms do not apply to or override any signed client contract. In case of conflict, the signed client agreement prevails.

5. No Guarantees or Warranties

  • Social media results (engagement, followers, leads, sales, ROI) depend on many factors outside our control (algorithms, audience behavior, market conditions, platform policies).

  • We do not guarantee any specific results, rankings, growth metrics, or outcomes from our services or advice.

  • The Site and any free/paid services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Terra Digital, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if no payment was made).

7. Indemnification
