Nova Terra Digital – Refund Policy Last updated: February 21, 2026 Nova Terra Digital is committed to client satisfaction and delivering high-value social media marketing services. Due to the custom, time-sensitive, and performance-based nature of our services (including strategy development, content creation, ad management, community engagement, and ongoing management), refunds are limited as outlined below. This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Nova Terra Digital. It is in addition to (and does not override) any specific terms in your signed Service Agreement, Statement of Work (SOW), or contract. In case of conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

All deposits, setup fees, retainer payments, and prepaid amounts are non-refundable once services have commenced or deliverables have been provided (e.g., strategy documents, content calendars, ad setups, audits).

Refunds are not available for subjective dissatisfaction with results (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, ROI), as social media outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including platform algorithms, audience behavior, market conditions, and client-provided assets/approvals.

We do not offer refunds for completed work, partial months of service, or services already rendered.
2. Specific Refund Scenarios

Free Audits / Consultations / Initial Advice: These are provided at no cost and are non-refundable (as no payment is made).

One-Time Projects or Fixed-Fee Services (e.g., campaign setup, content batch, social media audit report): No refunds after project commencement or delivery of initial deliverables. If the project is canceled by the client before work begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion, less any non-recoverable costs (e.g., planning time, tools setup) — typically 50–75% of the fee.

Monthly/Retainer-Based Services (e.g., ongoing management, ad spend handling):

Exceptional Cases: In rare situations (e.g., material breach of contract by Nova Terra Digital, failure to deliver agreed core deliverables), we may offer a partial or full refund at our sole discretion. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
